Doobie doobie doo...

I would just like to step in and say that this is not me pandering. This is a part of the storyline, and has been even before people flailed to death over Marcus being shirtless (although, he does look good, doesn't he?). Anyway, not pandering. I had originally intended to a different strip, but Gwydia wasn't cooperating with me. Somebody show her some love so that she cooperates for Tuesday, okay? Thanks.

What's up?

So, I realized that I haven't posted any news in a very long time. The primary reason for that is that I've been really busy with work (real money-paying job, as opposed to drawing cartoons for free) and it doesn't look like things are slowing down any time soon. Which- means I'm really tired, so, if I'm haven't been online, that's why. I've been at work all day, and crashing at around ten or eleven at night, which leaves not a whole lot of time to dink around online.
I'm going to try to work things so that I can get at least halfway done with my strips for the week so that I can work on commissions in smaller bits during the evenings, and hopefully that will manage my time a little better than frantically scribbling out a comic at nine at night and then crashing and being too fried to do anything else. We'll see how that goes.
Obviously I still exist, but I'm just sleepy. And if there are typos and things, I can't get to them before 5.30, sometimes later. So, sometimes that happens. I'm the only proofreader I have most of the time and sometimes I'm barely awake when I post.
In good news- I got a raise a while back, and I actually do like my job, even though it's nothing related to art or writing, or anything I actually have a degree in. Go figure. Working with awesome people makes a difference. That's my official advice, if you have a choice of working with people you hate or people you really like- even if it means a little less money, go with the people. And if you hate everyone- you'd better be self-employed ;)
